The main building, an ancient stone house steeped in history, also known by the historical name “Alpe Tina” (completely renovated from 2018 to 2021), is embedded in a spacious and enchanting garden park with spectacular views of the picturesque Lake Maggiore, the surrounding mountains and in the background the impressive Swiss Alps.
The property is a true oasis of peace and absolute relaxation, surrounded by large centuries-old trees, a lush garden with many rose bushes, camellias, hydrangeas and a gentle little stream fed by pure mountain water. With a history dating back to 1907-1908, when it was built by the renowned architect Fausto Bagatti Valsecchi for the then well-known pianist and composer Giovanni Anfossi (* 1864), the building is home to a rich cultural and artistic heritage.

We offer you two options for accommodation; the cozy, antique wood paneled “Chalet- Suite” in the attic floor of the main building with large Velux windows and a fabulous view over the lake as well as the romantic and luxurious “Apartment-Chalet” in the separate, small antique stone house (former music room of Giovanni Anfossi, completly renovated in 2023), about 80 m distance from the main building, with breathtaking views of the Lake Maggiore and the mountains.
In our complex, as our guests, you have exclusive access to our luxurious indoor and outdoor wellness area with a unique view over the lake and use of our elite “Dove Canyon” jacuzzi (for a fee). Additionaly, we offer you other amenities such as the free provision of our pure spring water for the duration of your stay as well as a delicious breakfast for the guests of the “Chalet-Suite”.
The beautiful garden is planted with many rose bushes, camellias, rhododendrons, hydrangeas and other beautiful flowers and shrubs surrounded by large, century-old trees. There is also another, higher terrace in the garden with sun loungers, a daybed and a tree-hanging lounger, from where you also have a sensational view over the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding nature. At our disposel there is a professional table tennis table and table football for your entertainment and enjoyment.
