At an altitude of approximately 800 metres, the historic estate overlooks Lake Maggiore in a setting of rare beauty. The historic residence, built between 1907 and 1908 by architect Fausto Bagatti Valsecchi for the pianist and composer Giovanni Anfossi, was carefully restored between 2018 and 2021, preserving its original character and soul. Set within a private park of centuries-old trees, roses, camellias, hydrangeas and rhododendrons,

it offers magnificent views over the lake, the surrounding mountains and the Swiss mountains.

A small spring-fed stream runs through the garden, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and natural elegance.

THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING THE ONLY GUESTS
During your stay, you will be the only guests of the estate, with private and independent spaces entirely dedicated to you. The estate is reserved for a maximum of four guests per stay, belonging to the same family unit or a single group of friends. Children aged 7 and over are welcome. Approximately 100 metres from the main residence is the historic former annex, once known as “Casa Musica”, now transformed into two exclusive accommodation options.

APARTMENT-CHALET
An intimate and romantic retreat, renovated in 2023 with carefully selected materials, including antique wood and Portoro marble. It offers a kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning fireplace, elegant living area and a double bed on the mezzanine. The large private panoramic terrace, tastefully furnished, features a dining area for four,

fire pit and barbecue, with magnificent views over Lake Maggiore.

STUDIO LAKE DELUXE 
Completed in 2025, it combines contemporary elegance, high-quality materials and refined designer furnishings. The two independent rooms, connected by a large sliding glass door, can be used together or separately thanks to their respective independent entrances. They share an elegant bathroom and have a private panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. Ideal for families or friends who wish to share their stay without compromising their privacy.

WELL-BEING AND UNTOUCHED NATURE
You will have exclusive access to the indoor and outdoor wellness area, with privileged views of Lake Maggiore and the opportunity to relax in the Elite “Dove Canyon” whirlpool, available on request and at an additional charge. The garden, rich in centuries-old trees and flowering plants, opens onto the surrounding untouched nature and offers secluded corners, panoramic terraces and loungers immersed in greenery.
